Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Flowers & Produce by Terra, a company dedicated to the sale and distribution of flowers. These terms and conditions establish the rules for the relationship between Flowers & Produce by Terra and our customers.

Payment methods and payment terms:

We accept cash, bank transfer and check payments. Payments must be made according to the terms previously agreed upon with each customer.

Interest and Additional Charges:

 No interest or additional charges apply for late payments.

Product availability:

If a product is not available in the warehouse, we can order it directly from the farm and deliver it to the customer on the agreed date.

Special orders:

Customers may place special orders 7 business days in advance, taking into account the established delivery times. Special orders are processed according to product availability and are delivered on the agreed date, provided there are no problems with transportation or product quality.

Damaged products:

Quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please include the following details in your report:

  • Photographs clearly showing the issue
  • A description of the problem
  • The number of stems or bunches affected

After the quality report is submitted, a product pickup will be arranged. 

Personal data protection:

We use the Odoo platform to manage our data, including the personal data of our customers. We are committed to protecting our customers' personal information and not sharing it with third parties without their consent.

Liability and limitations:

 We are not liable for damages or losses caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or transportation problems.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United States. Any dispute or controversy arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and legal procedures. 

Changes and updates:

 We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our website or by email.
